Dear Sir,
I am Arun Gupta & my mobile no. is 9814006460. This is Corporate connection,I was having plan of Rs.99/-p month, Last month my plan was changed to Rs.399/-p.month without my consent, I have written many times about this but they did not reverse it saying that plan can be changed only once a month.
This was totally fault on your side but being a nice customer I Cooperate
So this month I requested again to change my plan to Rs99/-p. month, but they are not changing this I was even ready to Change it to
