I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Physics Wallah regarding the non-delivery of study materials that were supposed to accompany the batch I purchased from them. I made a payment of ₹11,000, which is a significant amount for someone from a middle-class family like mine, solely with the intention of furthering my education.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with Physics Wallah via calls, emails, and other forms of communication over the past two months, I received no resolution. Recently, I was informed that my books have been “lost,” and yet no further action has been taken to either deliver the materials or provide compensation.
This situation has caused me significant distress, and it has disrupted my studies as I was depending on these materials for my preparation. I request your platform’s intervention to ensure that Physics Wallah either delivers the study materials promptly or refunds the portion of my payment that covers the books.
