Text of Complaint by Vishal Joshi:

Dear Sir,

I have deposited ₹532 to PhonePe mobile app, this company accepted deposited amount after giving them my PAN.When I tried to withdraw the amount they said you should complete KYC procedure but KYC services are currently unavailable and the company waiting for directives from government regarding KYC.This is breach of trust of customers by the company accepting deposit but denying withdrawal or right to spend money from a online wallet.Kindly direct the company to return amount deposited and restrain them from accepting money to their online wallet.
