I had stayed in a PG named “Happy Living Girls PG” (Former address-1613, Happy living girl’s PG, Outram lane, Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi-110009). I have vacated the same in December 2022 as they were going to convert the PG into hospital and the construction work at 1st and 2nd floor had initiated. Within a month after that the PG was converted into a hospital and everyone else vacated the same. Since then I have been requesting for my deposit worth 14,000 INR from PG owner Mr. Pradeep and subordinate Ms. Nishi but haven’t received any response from them.
They have been avoiding my calls, my whatsapp messages and it is been more than 2 months since I have vacated the same.
They have moved their PG to some other place and are not refunding my deposit which they have taken for PG (which is a hospital now).
