This complaint is against mistreatment and fake promises done by PG accommodation owner. His name is Mr. Narendra Paleti.
Address of his PG is Anna Stays 7 Hills, Lane No. 12, Rajaram Patil Nagar, Kharadi – 411014, Pune , Maharashta.
Following are the major issues faced during our stay in her PG:
1. Speaking arrogantly all the time
2. Increasing the rent in every 3 months. Initially, he asked us to pay Rs. 7000 and now forcing to pay Rs. 8000.
3. Poor quality of food
4. No proper cleaning
5. We asked him to share his PAN number so that we can show for ITR filing for which he denied.
6. There is high possibility that he has not even got his PG accommodation registered.
There are numerous other issues except the above stated. It is sort of never ending list.
