This complaint is against mistreatment and fake promises done by PG accomodation owner. Her name is Ms. Parwinder.
Address of her PG is HM 111, Phase 4, Mohali, Punjab.
Following are the major issues faced during our stay in her PG:
1. Speaking arrogantly all the time
2. Poor quality of food
2. No proper cleaning (earlier she said that cleaning in to be handled by PG owner, then she asked us to clean washroom and rooms.
3. Not allowing us to cook maggie even at once (the same was agreed at the time of booking the PG. She even takes away the cylinder at night at times so that no one can use it, which is totally pathetic. The image has been attached for reference.
4. Charging inappropriately for the AC units.
5. There is high possibility that she has nit even got her PG accommodation registered.
There are numerous other issues except the above stated. It is sort of never ending list.
