Sir,
I Shruti Kumari, residing at Bokaro, Jharkhand wish to file a formal complaint against a financial institution named PCFIN, whose lending license appears to have been cancelled, as per the attached credit report information. Despite this, they have reported an overdue personal loan of ₹4,162 with a delay of 584 days on the CIBIL credit bureau report, last updated on 31 October 2021.

This outdated and inaccurate reporting has caused severe damage to my credit score and has affected my ability to access financial services. I have not received any communication or settlement notice from the lender, nor have I been able to contact them for clarification or repayment options due to their license being cancelled.
The last update was on 31 October 2021, and no follow-up or contact has been made by the institution since.

I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly take cognizance of my complaint and issue appropriate directions in the interest of justice.
