I WAS PAID TO MSC (MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMMISSION) FOR FORM FILL UP REGARDING PAYMENT THROUGH PAYTM DEBIT CARD OF RS. 205/- ON 19/03/2022 REF NO. 207813364589 AND THIS PAYMENT TRANSACTION WAS DONE . MSC NOT RECEIVED THIS PAYMENT. SO MANY TIMES I WAS CALLED TO PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER – 01204456456 AND THEY SAID THAT THIS AMOUNT DEDUCTED AND MSC RECEIVED THIS AMOUNT, BUT MSC NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT. ASKED FOR REFUND TO PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AND WHEN TEAM LEADER TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE MANAGER THE CALL WAS DROPPED 3 TIMES .
SO, THATS THE MAIN PAOIN IS THEY REFUSED MY CALLS AND THAT IS THE VALID POINT IS THEY DOING FRAUD.
PLEASE DO SOMTHING CONSUMER FORUM.
