I have purchased flat in Parmeswar-6 in A Block Flat No. 103, Chandkheda. The construction is very very poor. Leakage even in the bed rooms. From the bathroom above my flat, i.e. A-203, water is dropping inside our bathroom-cum-toilet because the gutter line is gone through the bathrooms-cum-toilet. We tried solve problem by doing small repair in Flat No. A-203, but it continues. Finally, the plumber came to be conclusion that the entire bathroom-cum-toilet should renovated, for which the total cost will be around Rs. 40,000/-. We talked to builder, but he refuses to do the repair work. The builder also made structural change in the bathroom-cum-toilet, which resulted into leakage. Actual plan was foreign commode system, but they changed to Indian Style, which is the real reason for leakage.
Our request is to reconstruct the entire toilet-cum-bathroom with proper water proofing free of cost, which the Parmeswar Group refused. The main persons’ mobile numbers are given below:
