I have withdrawal 1000 on 17/03/24 & 1500 on 21/03/24 but not received yet after lots of mails they still not resolved the issue they just sent automated mails again and again and there support staff never provided proper information I have also provided my bank statements many times,if there is no issue at the time of deposit then how issue occurred at the time of withdrawal and they also changed the withdrawal methods so that customer can withdraw if we deposit amount through jk Bank then at the time of withdrawal same account shows wrong account no.this is totally fraud doing company this should be banned and strict action should be taken against this.
