With regards to my Panasonic TV 32 inch which we bought on 14th Jan 2020, We are highly disappointed with that TV service and your customer support. There was a issue in tv display in the month of November’21. As we had warranty till Jan’22 . The display was replaced But within two days we have noticed one line in the display and it was increasing day by day. So it was changed again after lot of struggles. Now again we are facing the same issue in the tv which is unable to view the picture. Now we can’t even able to ask them for service as our 2 years Warrenty period has been ended last month. But i can’t understand the reason for this issue. Within two years we have faced these many problems and issue with this tv. I think there should be some manufacturing defect in this particular tv so only these issues are occurring again and again. Last time itself I have asked for a replacement tv but your team said that there will not be any issue if we change the display. But now again we are facing the same issue. So i would request you to take a necessary action immediately for our Panasonic tv. Because this is not our fault or anything to buy a new tv. We are using many brand products in our home but we haven’t faced any such issues as of now. Also please note that the customer representatives are so irresponsible about this issue.
