Hi I have taken amount of rupees 6500 to 7000 now ,I have requested them not to put any charges I can pay amount instead they denied & have charges it .I deny to pay they are harassing on calls and now they have charged an amount of rupees 15k.I said I can only pay principal amount in normal closure they are not accepting it kindly help me
