Text of Complaint by Brijendra Singh:

Dear Sir,

I have purchased on wrist watch namely Diesel Big Daddy golden on 3.2.2020 through net on it portal i.e. club factory. On 4th Feb. the concerned executive call by its phone no. 9484446096 for the purpose of confirmation.I did confirm the order and accordingly the said order was dispatched. The said order was delivered on 8.2.20. i was shocked and surprised to see the dispatch by reason that there is no such order which i did order. I did pay Rs.2100/-. I did call the delivery boy (mobile 9717540596) Manoj Kumar, immediately and also message to take back the said order. I made complaint on

{support_direct@delhivery.com} regarding to the said cheating committed by you all. And also made complaint on mobile No. 9484446096 who did confirm the order in a moment.

Important according to Google magic.

On the courier delhivery.com, it was shown on 8.2.2020 returned. i have proof to show return. Today 10.2.20 one meassage i did receive on my phone No. 9818204322 and stated therein “Your Selloship Surface package with AWB 2715710636742 will be delivered today. pay Rs. 2097.0 by cash. but no one arrived at my premises to deliver my such order. again i was socked and surprised to see that the tracking report is shown item delivered.
I am disgraceful to see the regirouse attitude in your service system amount to cheating, committed fraud, the act and conduct which reveals bad trade practice. I am constrained to initiate criminal proceedings against the said act and conduct, if you will not rectified said service.

Note: i have preserved/retained all documents, conversations, voice and entire messages
