Text of Complaint by Dhiyan Muhammed S:

I ordered from instamart 6 act II popcorn and 4 cans of coke zero. When I received the order I noticed that one of the can I got was defective, this is the third time this has happened to me. Not only that, but as a swiggy one user I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed by the services I have received so far. So I went to the customer care support. Only to receive repeated message that they could not validate my complaint. When, if you look at the images I sent, it is very clear of the fact that the can I got was bulged up below. I’ll be attaching the chat and the images of the can I got. Requesting to issue this complaint. The supervisor named Karthik Kumar Mandal have not been informing me why the pictures I sent could not be validated. According to the consumer protection act I have the right to get informed as to why this isn’t validated.
