Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an online loan app for severe harassment and mental trauma. I, Dhruba Charan Nayak, residing at Bhramarabadi, Daringbadi, Kandhamal-762104, have recently become a victim of unethical and illegal behavior by a fraudulent digital loan application.
I had taken a small loan from Timely pursue(+923418745345) . Despite repayment (or even before repayment), the app’s recovery agents started sending obscene videos and vulgar messages to my family members, friends, and other contacts stored in my phone. These messages are abusive, defamatory, and are intended to harass and shame me publicly.
This is a clear violation of my privacy and dignity, and also amounts to cybercrime under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Information Technology Act, including but not limited to:
Section 67 and 67A of the IT Act – Publishing or transmitting obscene and sexually explicit material
Section 66E of the IT Act – Violation of privacy
I request you to take immediate action against the operators of this app and its recovery agents WhatsApp No-+923418745345. Kindly file an FIR under the appropriate sections of law and initiate a thorough investigation. I am also ready to cooperate fully with the investigation and can provide screenshots, call recordings, messages, and contact details of the individuals who are harassing me and my contacts.
Please treat this as an urgent matter, as the continued circulation of such obscene content is damaging my mental health and reputation, and violating the rights and privacy of innocent persons in my contact list.
