Please see the attached screenshot.
I made a transaction of rupees 1000 on 8th December 2022 and money was debited same day itself. However, it’s been 4 months and 8 days now and it’s neither credited to my game wallet nor reversed to my bank account. Their customer support keeps on saying they don’t know how long bank will take to process the payment.
Request you to look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest please – Thanks!
