Text of Complaint by Muskan Singh:

I am writing to formally report an instance of online fraud committed by an Instagram-based retailer named PikCollection. I placed an order for a jewelry set from their Instagram page and received the product on 12th March 2025 via Cash on Delivery (COD). I paid Rs. 1500 through Google Pay to the delivery agent.

However, upon opening the package, I found that the product was completely different from what I had ordered. I immediately contacted the seller via Instagram, and they initially responded, stating that they had placed a replacement order. However, since then, they have stopped responding to my messages and have not taken any action to resolve the issue.

Upon further research, I found multiple negative reviews and complaints from other customers who have also been scammed by this seller. It is evident that PikCollection is running a fraudulent business and deceiving multiple buyers through their Instagram platform.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take necessary action against the seller to prevent further fraud.
