Dear concern,

I had ordered a Sony wireless Behind-Neck in Ear headphone  with Bose wirless earbuds and price paid is Rd.1699.

Order number is-Order#2748

It delivered via Courier: Delhivery and AWB : number is-109146215771.

I found the product received by me is a simple headphone use to listen music only and in very worst condition.

I found no contact number to contact them.

I only have one mail id of them.

1.mahamai2019@gmail.com-printed on the pack.

I  found lots of similar kind of complain already lodged.request you to look into and take necessary step against the fraud so that they can atleast stop doing such fraudulent activities.
