I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of significant concern regarding the repayment harassment I am facing from One Mobikwik Systems Limited, particularly through their recovery agent and advocate, Mr. Raju Patel.
I regret to inform you that I have been subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional behavior during interactions with Mr. Raju Patel. The conversations have been disrespectful and distressing, as evidenced by the attached audio call recording and screenshots of WhatsApp messages.
I understand the importance of timely repayments, and I acknowledge that due to financial crises, I have been unable to meet the scheduled repayment deadlines. I had requested an extension until the 15th of this month, but unfortunately, I have been met with aggression and verbal abuse instead.
I am attaching the audio recording and screenshots as evidence of the unprofessional conduct I have been subjected to. I believe such behavior is not only unethical but also against the regulations set by your esteemed organization.

I sincerely hope that the Reserve Bank of India will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action against One Mobikwik Systems Limited to ensure fair and ethical practices in their recovery processes.
