Respected Sir,
This complaint has been filed in order to attract your kind attention with regard to the online fraud and unauthorized withdrawal of money from my account No. 31110523606 maintained in SBI Branch Naduan, Teshil Naduan, District Hamipur, HP. On dated, 20.02.2020, at about 8.50 p.m. while I was doing my office work at home, suddenly number of messages started coming on my phone though BP-CBSBI messaging system that some sum of money has been debted from my account by using my SBI debt card No. 5596 0100 4292 0049. Thereafter, I blocked my card by making complaint on 1800112211. They have actually withdrawn Rs. 6821/- from my account with in ½ hour. It was my hard earned money.
All these illegal transactions happened though GOOGLE *TEMPORARY HOLDg.co.helpp, GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA g.co.helpp & GOOGLE *GARENAg.co.helpp on different OTHPG numbers. After that, I started knowing about these fraud companies through internet and came to know that they are operating in whole India and they are making victims only SBI customers. Some of the SBI officials are also involved in this racket. It is highly regretted that money of the innocent customers is not safe in the SBI like bank. It is, therefore, requested that detailed enquiry be conducted and culprits be booked for this offence. It is further requested that my money be refunded in my account immediately.
