Text of Complaint by Purabi Mili:

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Offereels, a company that I recently had a problematic transaction with. I believe this issue merits investigation and intervention by your esteemed agency. On [Date of Purchase], I placed an order with Offereels for a combination of three churidaars, valued at Rs 600. However, when I received the package on 26 October which is today, it contained two kurtis that were old, torn, and in a severely worn-out condition. The items were clearly not what I had ordered and were in no way worth the Rs 600 I paid. I attempted to contact Offereels through their customer support, but my efforts have been met with no response or resolution. This has left me greatly dissatisfied with their service and concerned about the legitimacy of their business practices.

I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. My desired resolution is a full refund of the Rs 600 I paid for the churidaars, or the delivery of the correct items as originally ordered. I have attached photographs of the received kurtis for your reference. I kindly request that your agency investigates this incident and takes appropriate action against Offereels to prevent them from engaging in fraudulent activities and to protect the rights of consumers like myself.
