Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Non-Conduct of Scheduled Live Classes for My Ward Since December 23–25, 2025] –Request for Immediate Resolution.
*Dear Sir/Madam,*
I am writing this letter to lodge a formal complaint about the irregular and non-conduct of live classes for my ward, who is enrolled with your platform Oda Class.
My ward’s details are as follows:

Date of Enrollment / Payment: [30 September 2025and ]
As per the schedule provided in the Oda Class app and communicated by your mentors, regular live classes are supposed to be conducted on a daily/weekly basis. However, no classes have been taken for my ward since the last three days (from December 23, 2025] to [December 25, 2025] Despite repeated attempts to contact your support team through the app, WhatsApp, and phone calls, there has been no prior intimation, explanation, or rescheduling of these missed sessions.
This continuous disruption is severely affecting my ward’s studies, preparation, and overall academic progress, especially as we have paid the full/substantial fees in good faith expecting consistent and quality live teaching as advertised by your platform.
I therefore request you to kindly:
Immediately resume the regular live classes and provide make-up sessions for all missed classes without any further delay.
Provide a clear written explanation for the non-conduct of classes during the mentioned period.
Ensure no further disruptions occur in the future and confirm the updated reliable class schedule.
If the above issues are not resolved satisfactorily within 3 days from the receipt of this complaint, I shall be constrained to escalate the matter further by:
Filing a formal consumer complaint on platforms such as Voxya.com or ConsumerComplaintsCourt.com
Approaching the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Seeking refund of proportionate fees for the undelivered services, if the situation persists
I have attached/saved screenshots of the class schedule, payment receipts, and communication attempts (if any) for your reference.
I expect a prompt response and resolution. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and reply at the earliest via email or phone.
