I have recharged 498 on 27-02-19 on my jio number. My current plan had validity till 28-2-19. But i activate my new plan and redeem my voucher for 2GB/day for my next plan validity. But my data plan expired just in 24 hours with my old plan validity. I want add-on pack either refund against my pack. This could be happen with anyone so company should be fined for this so this kind of acts shouldn’t happen in future.
