Hi, I have purchased a car in November 2018 in the name of ZOOMCAR, as I wanted to put the car on a rental basis, where customer can book the car through zoom car app for their use. Zoom car normally pays once in a month for all the previous month booking of the car. Since last February 2020, zoom car stop making any payment, whereas they have never stopped providing booking. From February to August I have not received any payment (Around 1 lakh rupees). After all the harassment I have decided to take off my car from the platform. Their executives had come to remove all the devices from the vehicle what they have added for safety purpose, even they have taken all the documents along with them by saying they required it to provide the NOC so that I can transfer the ownership and can start using the car for personal use. It is more than a month, I am not getting any proper resolution on that. Any time I mail them for the same, they simply reply as their team is working on it. I need the NOC badly do that I can sell the car and pay the loan amount to the bank what I have taken during the car purchase also the 1 lakh rupees which is not paid by ZOOM CAR.
