Text of Complaint by Pranay Chandrakant Raul:

I have ordered Noise smartwatch ( Ordere ID :- 408-3248453-1479525 ) from your platform and it was not working so I have to ask for replacement of the earliest. On 14th August is supposed to arrive, on the same day I have rescheduled to the 17th August cause, I was not there at home that day.

On 17th August it didn’t arrive . So from 17th August to 23 August everyday i have spoken to at least 3 of you customer service executives. But, I didn’t get proper response from them. Everyone was saying you will get it at the end of the day or on 23rd August. On your platform also it was showing the same thing.

Now yesterday, on 23rd August one of your customer executive said your watch is stuck somewhere in transit so please take your refund.

First of all it was gift for someone, that watch is defective so my image is spoiled.

The second thing now is that, the watch price is more than when I ordered it. That means now I have to pay extra cause of your delay and not giving a proper response. You should have said it at that time itself. So much time got wasted, and after patiently waiting for what I got, nothing.

So,
1. Now I don’t want a 1,500 refund I want the current price of the watch as my refund.

2. Or within 2 days I want the same watch.

  1. I have purchased smartwatch from noise offical website but the product isn’t come as it’s shown and second thing it’s not fit in my mum’s hand so u have complaint 2 times but i didn’t get any response within 48 hrs
    After that i have called them then they respond my issue and given my only one mail response and after all this things they are saying

    Firstly, I introduced myself, I am Captain AD Gladeen (Retd) residing at D No 2/193, Mala’s Cottage, Padmalaya Nagar 2nd Street, NSN Palayam Coimbatore, Tamilnadu- 641031.

    2. I purchased Noice Smart Watch from Poorvika, Coimbatore in May 2023 which was not working/functioning. The watch returned to Poorvika on 24 July 2023. The watch send to you through courier on 25 July 2023. When I see the status from 01 to 03 Aug 2023, it’s showing product under testing. May I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
