Respected sir/Madam,

I had applied for several part time jobs online without any investment as I’m going through some financial crisis. I got several calls as well as whatsapp messages by describing the jobs. One of the company named New Global India Pvt. Ltd. offered me a typing job .
They had some conditions too:
1. Work should be completed within 7 days
2. I got paid only if I had minimum of 225 pages correctly out of 250 .
3. If I can’t complete the work within 7 days then I have to pay Rs.6700 to them.

After all these I agreed to do the job. As well as I got several calls before I joined by saying that “if you have any queries you can call us anytime or use the whatsapp ” . Afterwards , I joined the job, I had some doubts regarding my work because the typing contents are showing errors even if I type the same thing as in the document they send. So I got worried about the same I asked them that ” There are some errors showing up ,what should I do” . First they didn’t replied to me so I took the screenshots of the errors showing and asked them what these words… then an employee named Priya who’s guiding me she replied to one of the words that I asked and afterwards she got vanished . I send her around 20 to 30 words to know the correct words.But she didn’t replied …… after waiting for hours of her reply I thought to type next page ,surprisingly there also some errors are showing up. So I just asked her that ” there’s lots of spelling mistake showing in the document that you send what should I do with that” she even didn’t replied for that . As I’m currently pursuing my studies I thought to go for a part-time online job ,but it comes reversa even if I spend 24 hours on it I can’t complete 30 pages per dat still I asked her what I should do and also at that time I had my Main exams are going through. I thought not to waste time on such fake jobs as they’re not even giving a reply for my lots of questions.
They told me that the time duration is 7 days but when I started the job on 03/09/2021 at 3 PM the dead end time should be on 10/09/2021 at 3 PM. But they shown the dead end is at 09/09/2021 at 12 AM , which means I didn’t got atleast 6 days to complete work . Hence I stopped working for such fake jobs and even I said Ms. Priya regarding this, still she didn’t responds for my messages or even calls.

Today(13/09/2021) I got a message from Mr.Advocate Jayesh Desai via whatsapp saying that New Global India Pvt.Ltd has filed case against me for cheating them. And he asked me to pay the due amount within 45 minutes after sending the message.

I’m a bit worried about this . I don’t think it’s a real job, so I want to file a complaint against this fraudulent. I want that I should be the last victim of these online frauds. So whoever receives the complaint please take necessary steps against these ….
