Dear GM – Customer Service and Nodal Officer,
I am a valuable customer of Airtel and have been using Airtel Postpaid number 9716402097 from Many Years. It has been many months since I have been complaining about the network and the internet issues of my Airtel postpaid and other prepaid numbers at my Home using various modes of communication to the airtel customer care. I stay in Shalimar Garden Extension 1, Sahibabad on the 2nd Floor of a building. According to the floor, the network shouldn’t be a problem here.
Due to the irresponsible nature of the airtel customer care services I am upholding the payment of Rs. 698 of my airtel postpaid bill for this month (May 2020) and the upcoming months. I won’t be paying any other airtel bill for my current number until the problem is resolved or a proper justification is given to me.
I am attaching the following documents for your reference:
1. Latest complaint screenshot about airtel Network and speed.
2. Complaint reference no dated 06.04.2020 “31-2899208961020
3. Comparison of Airtel and Vodafone internet speed via https://www.speedtest.net/
I am hoping that you will take immediate action against the above-stated problem and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
