Dear Team,
I have purchased Tipad A1 Tab 10 Inch, 6 GB + 64 GB,Camera 13MP Front / 8MP Rear 4G Voice Calling Tablet ( Wi-Fi Calling ) (A1) on 16 July 2020 and my order no & receipt no are as follows :

please note since then i have not got any update, further on the same day i had raised the Query on your portal about the payment made, as during selecting the item, it was informed that if i will do the payment through Paytm/ Online, i will be getting additional 20% discount on the product cost, but unfortunately i did not encounter any coupon entry nor the discounted rate were levied on me.
now i am afraid it’s almost 5 days passed and i am not getting any update on status, weather i will be getting my product delivered, as i have already paid off my money and i do not have any communication details to whom i should contact.
