Respected Sir/Madam
I Mr Bapi Roy user of Vodafone more than 2 years. On my last month bill that is on the month of April Vodafone provider added some VAS services in my bill.
But I am not adding this type of services. Till I don’t received any kind of interaction from Vodafone. When I am calling on 2nd of May a coustomer representative whose name is Mr Debojit Roy he told me that I am adding this services.
Than I told him that please deactivated this services. He told me that I have to send mail to Vodafoneidea.com. From my side I am not requesting to deactivate this kind of services.
If I am activated this services obviously I am received a text from Vodafone. But I don’t receive any kind of text from Vodafone.
Now I want to deactivate this kind of services. Please deactivate this services so that I am thankful to you.
