dear sir/madam i would like to inform u that my airtel sim suddenly switch down there was no any tower was showing on my phone after visted to airtel store in vikas puri new delhi pin code-110019.they told me ur sim has been switched off due to technical default so i told to him give me a new sim behaf of this so they asked me show the documents u previsoly shown so i handovered the documents. But the thing is that i udated my id proof last two years ago name and addresss is differnt as compare last id proof which was submitted earlier. So they told me that we cant isue the new sim we are helpless sir do something this sim is my last 10yrs old sim. I updated this no in banks, office, and any other places
