i ordered from amazon app a woodland men’s camel sandals- 6uk/india, then the size and product are different from that i ordered , the i ordered a replacement, the replacement product i received a deffrent one, so i create return/refund request coz the size ( product diffrent) of this item is not available at that time, the the pickup of my item date is 30-01-2023 and now the 10th feb 2023 i have not received refund, i call the customer care helpline, they said that you gave the order is different that you sent, but i return the same order amazon sent to me, the customer care helpline forcefully disconnect the phone call, i am a middle class men, please Help me in this, my contact no. is 9929638465
