I request for internet connection from a local airtel person.he came to my home and said please pay rs 2828 and after that we will install it.i did online payment, about documents they said its not working so will refund the amount within 5 days.

So, i called airtel lady Shahnaz Ansari her number is 9818671413 said will refund the amount but after 5 days again i called and said will get it very soon. now she did not refund the amount already 14 days were passed. now she stopped responding.

So today i called from another number she picked up the phone and said we already refund the amount. again check with bank there is no refund.she gave another number to call.number is 9971004741.

his name is Ashok.he was threatning me why u are calling me.he is a stupid guy.dont know how to talk with customer.need urgent action against this stupid person.please look into this matter.these both looks like a fraud person who r looted people.tomorrow i am going to file FIR against these people.
