Hello my, name is Sonali Jadhav. We have electricity connection of MSEB from name of my mother Asha Pralhad Jadhav. This complaint is against Maharashtra state electricity board (MSEB).
Due to heavy rain main wire of electricity of our home got disconnected from the main pole of our area on 24th june 2023. From last 4 days there is no electricity in our home. I tried so many times to contact on their customer service centre. From last two days they are giving excuses only that we are taking this complaint under emergency case and will solve this in next 0-4 hours. But still our issue is unsolved. Please take action against this disgusting service provided by MSEB.
