his company Saiviron Industries led by Mr Mukesh Reddy is a total fraud company.
I had purchased 30 letter boxes from them which were to be used as Help Boxes in tribal villages as part of my NGO social work.
First they insisted on 100% advance without which they did not start the work even. They delayed the delivery of the material by 2 weeks and when i receive my materials and check it i find fully damaged and substandard products sent. On calling several times they do not respond and then finally asking Mr Reddy for an answer he replies saying that these are no problem and my labour is new so it happens. This is the pathetic response and services we receive from this company also flatly denying to return my money or do a replacement. Such companies should be blacklisted and barred from doing any business as they are simply looting their clients with absolutely no business ethics. I suggest strong action against this company and removing them from a place like IndiaMart, Sulekha, Just Dial, Trade India etc.
