I have applied loan of 100000 in MONZO BANK-MOBILE BANKING APP . I submitted all necessary documents which they said ,they demanded money from me to process loan ,I paid after that they demanded money from me at every step of loan .when I paid all amt they couldn’t deposited loan amt in my bank account .when I asked with there customer care executive they said I have to pay more for processing loan the total amt which I paid to them is 90000. When I say to cancel my loan application they again demanded money from me .
Pls resolve this issue.
