Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Meesho Company regarding an issue with an order I recently placed with them. I am highly disappointed with their services and feel my rights as a consumer have been violated.

On 11 September, 2023 I placed an order for a pair of jeans from Meesho’s online platform. The product I selected was listed at a price of Rs 820. However when I received the package on 17 September,2023 I discovered that I had been sent the wrong product entirely. It was not what I had ordered and its value was significantly lower than the jeans I had initially purchased.

Immediately after realizing the error I contacted Meesho’s customer support to request a return and refund. However to my dismay they denied my request stating that the product had failed to pass the quality check. This response is not acceptable as it implies that I should bear the consequences of their mistake. I believe this denial is unjust and unfair.

I want to stress that I deserve to be refunded in full for the amount I paid for the correct product which is Rs 820. It is the responsibility of Meesho Company to rectify this issue promptly and ensure that I receive the compensation I am owed as a result of their mistake.

I kindly request you to review the enclosed documents and take appropriate action against Meesho Company to resolve this matter.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this case thoroughly and communicate with Meesho Company on my behalf to ensure that my refund is processed without any further delays. If necessary I am prepared to escalate this complaint to higher authorities or take legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.
