Text of Complaint by Divya Daniel:

I had placed an order through Maccaron beauty on 13th December 2024 and paid the amount online. They gave an estimated arrival to be on 6th January 2025 but it’s been more than 2 months since I placed the order but they still haven’t delivered the products. The only response they provide is that the order is delayed because of the customs. As you can see from the image attached even today it’s showing processing. I am not the only one who is facing this problem. It seems so many people are affected by it, there are numerous comments regarding the same issue on their instagram account as well. Kindly look into the matter.
