This is reference to loan provided to my spouse without verification and without any consent using mobile numbers and calling continuosly.
If loan has been provided to a particular person without any verification then its company responsibility to get the same from that person only.
When no family members consent was not taken when providing the loan then its not legal that they keep on calling other family members. Strict action need to be taken against this company
