I borrowed 20k from mpokket app in 2021..I paid some of the installments but due to some reasons I couldn’t pay installments . Then they added triple extra charges on my principal amount and now they are asking me to pay 54k..I requested them for overall settlement for payment but they didn’t understand and uploaded my pic to one of my contact list person, harrassing them again and again nd Mee also … I also asked them to send me a legal settlement letter for payment but they sent me only a notice not a settlement letter.That’s why I am filing a complaint against this app because According to RBI rules..no company can harrass to anybody. So it’s my humble request to you resolve this matter as soon as possible..
I m sharing number of that person who is harrassing me and my contact list person continuously on whatsapp. His contact number is 7439903042
