I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your collection agents, Abhishekh (Contact Number: 9535004793), for his extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.
For the past one week, my bank account was blocked, due to which I was unable to pay my EMI on time. This delay was not intentional, as the issue was related to my bank account being temporarily blocked. Despite this situation, the agent continued to send me rude and disrespectful messages. The language he used was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the professional standards expected from a representative of a financial institution. He sent messages such as “Kidhar hai tu bata,” “Apna live location bhej,” “Last bar puch raha hoon,” and “EMI pay kar abhi.” Such threatening and disrespectful communication is not the appropriate way to interact with a customer.
I would also like to highlight that the agent showed no professionalism or basic communication etiquette while contacting me. This behavior caused unnecessary stress and harassment.
Please note that I have cleared the EMI today itself. However, this does not justify the way the agent communicated with me.
I request your team to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned agent. Kindly ensure that your representatives maintain professional and respectful communication with customers in the future.
I hope you will treat this complaint with urgency and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening again.
