Complaint Against Kent Service Executive – Abhishek Pandey
I, Reneesa Das, am extremely disappointed with the recent service provided by Kent’s representative Abhishek Pandey.
• He started the service without giving me any quotation or prior cost information.
• He completed the job without my approval or validation.
• Afterward, he demanded an excessive amount and did not provide the standard Kent discount.
• His behaviour and way of talking were rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
This is clear misconduct, overcharging, and harassment of a customer.
I request strict action against Abhishek Pandey and a proper resolution from Kent immediately.
