Sir/Ma’am
I am Sakshi Kaushik from Gurgaon, haryana. I started taking coaching at kd campus gtb nagar coaching center ssc weekend batch in starting of march. But due to covid situation there was a lockdown. They didn’t notified us about how coaching will proceed further in this lockdown. In October I called them and ask him to refund but they kept on increasing the dates. Finally today i called one of the staff member and told him about my financial condition and asked him to return my fees. But he denied.
So i decided to fill a complaint against the same because of not wasting our one year and and now not refunding our money which we paid.
