Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing a complaint against Karta Loan and Tape Money mobile apps for fraudulent loan practices.

I applied for a loan of ₹1500 through Karta Loan but received only ₹900. Despite this, I am being asked to repay the full ₹1500. A similar issue occurred with Tape Money.

Additionally, I am unable to repay the loan through the app, yet I continue to receive harassing messages and calls demanding full repayment. These apps are violating consumer rights by using my personal data without consent and contacting my contacts.

I request that you look into this matter and take action to protect consumers from such practices.
