Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Joyti Enterprises, a company that operates in the sale of consumer products. I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent purchase from their establishment and their handling of the situation.

On 6/10/2023, I placed an order with Joyti Enterprises for the following items:

However, upon receiving the items on [10/10/2023], I was shocked to find that the products I received were not only defective but also significantly different from what I had ordered. The items were inexplicably stained and unusable.

I immediately contacted Joyti Enterprises to address the issue and requested a return or exchange as per their stated return policy. However, I have encountered extreme difficulty in reaching their customer service department, and despite multiple attempts, I have received no response. It is clear that they are not actively adhering to their own return policy.
