Sir,

This is to inform you that I recharged my Jiofibre Phone No. 044-79624555 on 03.09.2022 for amount Rs. 470/- after that i noticed some cable has been disconnected outside my House, however I made a complaint through customer care on 03.09.2022 9 times as there was no response again i made a complaint on 04.09.2022 and thereafter 6 Nos of complaint through email. I register through helpline so for, till now my problem was not resolved, after some days one person of your company technician attended and told that cable got disconnected outside my house and directed to cancel the jiofibre connection but i refused for disconnection. Again i made a complaint to jiocare to reconnect , after some days some technician called from Cell No. 8124081188 and directed me to provide OTP, but I refused for which he started behaving with us in rude manner.

Nearly 15 times I made a complaint through customer care and 6 email to your Jiofibrecare.com which resulted zero.
All of sudden on 18.10.2022 my Cell No. has been disconnected by your technician, later date I received a call from technician stating I have applied for disconnection hence requested to surrender the modem.

In this connection I would like to tell that without our permission the landline connection has been disconnected by the technician. I am very clear that we have not given any permission to disconnect the landline No. 04479624555 through any helpline.

Hence, action may be taken against the agent of Jiofiber and to reconnect the landline with recharged amount of Rs. 470/- or otherwise action may be taken accordingly
