Hi,
I recharged my jiofiber broadband service for 6 month and relocated to new location. Before relocation to new address I checked the jiofiber availability, it say it is available in your area, but once I request a request no one is taking responsibility to shift my connection, I called multiple times, raised multiple relocation request even escalated via mail but no one responded properly confirming about shifting my connection.
Now it is about a month my issue is not resolved, even what I have paid in advance to jiofiber is not adjusting to subsequent month, all money is wasted due to poor jiofiber service.
I feel this service is like old government works where everyone is passing queue from one to another person but not addressing the issue.
During installation I faced multiple issue like after installation Jiofiber executive ask for extra money, bill is generated with wrong name, customer service can’t raise request on behalf of their customer, customer service executive from helpdesk are in hurry to cut the call without listening the issue,
It is very unprofessional service from brand name JIO, I feel local vendors provided far better service then JIO.
