As im a serving soldier when i went to the jio store the representative didn’t beahve in good manner even when i was in uniform… I went to the store because the sim i was taken is unable to use and the representative topd me it was because of the fault of sim card.. But at starting he was blaming me that why don’t the verification didn’t done my self…. He was talking in a rough manner. After a day i went with my family to take the sim card again… But the store in charge was just busy on his personal phone…. I waited for more time than it would be…. It was insult to my uniform and also to my self…. As a customer. The customers right doesn’t valued by the staff even in their manners or talks…
