Respected sir/madam
My self Prasanth from kereala
2months back my father purchased a jio phone from kerala, Palakkad mercy College office.
It’s not working properly from the day 1 he purchased
actually he is doing business in home town
proted his airtel sim to jio .
he is using that sim from 2012 only for the jio Phone he ported that sim to jio and reachrged some amount as well while purchasing.3times I recharged to this sim
but stil it’s not working.
when father visited the show room he referred to some other jio office for software update after 4 days the replaced a new phone with different emi number on the bill he mentioned emi is not matching with phone
father is not that much educated
when I reached last week I checked all those things.
the showroom boys behaviour is very bad.
Am an employee working in a private firm
so I felt very bad.he lost his sim now
so many businesses calls are doing in that sim
all the clients are faced issues because of this.
am sure that if I visited the show room again they will play like this .
