Complaint against JIO Fibre Installation by Team Jio Dehradun Circle, Uttarakhand in respect to JIO Order No 7020353158 Mobile No: 01353528693and false assurance and fake commitments, cheating by the sales as well as installation Team

Greetings !
On 23.07.2022 the Sales Team Member Mr Ankit visited the applicant house at 43, Arvind Marg Chirnowala, Dehradun and lured for the attractive Scheme of Jio Fibre and thereafter a payment of Rs. 2824.92 through UPI was made to the company. The said Sale Team Member Mr Ankit having mobile No. 06395088263 assured the applicant and his family members that the installation of the said Jio Fibre Connection at home of the applicant Vigilantly and as per the specific direction of the applicant and also assured the applicant and his wife that in the said offer plan a complementary Jio Referral Scheme is under operation and an extra 1+1 months validity shall be provided to the applicant current Jio Fibre plan and a total of 8 Months package was assured to the applicant by said Mr Ankit and his Senior name Mr. Unknow having Mobile No. 06395709252.
It is further submitted that by misrepresenting the applicant and his wife the said Installation Member Mr Aditya having Mobile no 9289270879 and Mr Ankit the installation of Said Jio Fibre Connection was not done prudently and as per the instructions of the applicant and his wife. By misrepresenting the facts in haste and hurry with intention to defraud the applicant and the family members also procured the post installation OTP No from the applicant., When the applicant visited his home post Lunch he was shocked the hear the fact of improper installation of said JIo Fibre Connection by the Circle Team of Dehradun. Very intensely, the applicant made a protest and complained firstly to Said Installation Guy Aditya who threatened the applicant of dire consequences. The applicant in shock and dismay reported the matter to Mr Ankit over jis mobile No 06395088263 and his Senior on his Mobile No 06395708252 but all went in Vain.
It would not be out of place to mention here that Mr Pankaj Chandra Circle Head Jio Fibre Dehradun Location, Uttarakhand was also explained the entire facts of the incident happened with the applicant who readly assured the applicant that the matter and connection shall be restored by 24.07.2022 early morning. When the applicant on 24.07.2022 tried his level best to contact Mr Pankaj Chandra who despite repeated calls made over his phone neither borthered nor replied the applicant..
This shows the high-headedness of the employees working in dehradun Circle for the esteemed company like JIo. The applicant also have evidentiary proof wherein the employees at Dehradun Circle have admitted there faults pre and post installation of Jio Fibre connection at applicant’s Residence which can be shared by the applicant with goodself as and when called for.
The conduct of above shows the callous attitude towards the customers which has to be looked into.
By means of present complaint the applicant is giving last chance to the officials of the company to restore the complaint of the applicant within 48 Hours else the applicant shall be constrained to initiate legal actions against the company and its officials.
