I have installed two jio fiber connections in my home. But unfortunately the not service that I am promised to get is not received. One of the connection is showing blue light for the past two days. The person installed even is not interested to help me out. Please guide me what should I do in this regard. I am working 100% online and work from home. I am feeling helpless. Can you please send someone to check the device on urgent basis or else this is very disheartening on my part. I thought I would receive proper and prompt response from the Jio team but unfortunately it is not. Please help me out. I am stuck with my work. Cannot proceed with anything. Paid for 6 months but the service is zero.
